Trent Dawson Joins the Cast of 'General Hospital'

As the World Turns favorite Trent Dawson (ex-Henry) has been cast as Huxley on General Hospital.

Dawson's casting reunites him with former co-stars Maura West (Ava; ex-Carly ATWT), Jon Lindstrom (Kevin; ex-Craig ATWT,) Lynn Herring (Lucy; ex-Audrey ATWT), and Roger Howarth (Franco; ex-Paul ATWT).

Dawson tells Soap Opera Digest, Huxley is "a heightened character and very British--that's the way I'm playing him so far and no one's told me to stop!"

Although Huxley is scheduled to be a short-term role, Dawson says he would love to continue with the popular show.  "Henry was supposed to be on for a weeks and he went on for years, so you never know."

Dawson first airs on June 13.
