Hope rushes to the station after a tense encounter with Ciara; Ciara and Claire have a heart-to-heart; Ciara isn't sure about her feelings for Theo; Aiden refuses to talk to anyone but Hope; Steve worries that Joey ran away after he can't find his jacket; Kayla must attend to patients suffering from a flu-like virus.

At the hospital, the virus situation worsens as the first death occurs; Aiden tries to convince Hope the man who tried to kill her was an impostor; Hope tells Ciara about Aiden's return; Eduardo shares a tender moment with Adriana.
Thursday, May 12
Chad invites Abigail's family to visit her at the hospital; Kayla works despite feeling symptoms of the virus; Steve gets information from Claire; Jade and Joey find themselves at her Aunt Simone's commune/compound in the desert outside of LA; Kate walks in as Deimos and Nicole share a nice moment.
Friday, May 13
Chad is devastated after Abigail tells him she doesn't want him and Thomas to visit her anymore.; Aiden goes to see Andre; Rafe questions Hope about her feelings for Aiden; Caroline talks to Hope and Rafe at the pub.
